Multi-awarded TV and movie personality John Lloyd Cruz is just ecstatic that he gets to learn and improve his skills even further while working on his big comeback project 'Happy ToGetHer' with GMA-7.

Award-winning showbiz personality John Lloyd Cruz will make your heart skip a beat via his new sitcom Happy ToGetHer.

With its world premiere fast approaching this coming December 26 on Sunday primetime, John Lloyd and the rest of the cast talked about this amazing project with the Entertainment press via a grand online media conference held this Friday afternoon (December 17).

In his interview with GMANetwork.com, John Lloyd revealed that doing this project helped him to better appreciate the hard work of putting together a show, since he was very involved in the creative process of this sitcom.

He explained, “Mas nakikita ko how to really put up a show.`Yung talagang kumbaga innards ng proseso, parang mas naging up-close 'yung aking pag-witness, mas na-appreciate mo 'yung hard work ng bawat isa.”

The actor added, “Nung hard work ng mga tao nasa likod, especially 'yung mga nasa likod ng camera. So, siguro 'yung mga bagong natutunan.”

John Lloyd also took the opportunity to thank the GMA-7 management led by GMA Chairman and CEO Atty. Felipe L. Gozon, GMA Films President and Programming Consultant to the Chairman and CEO Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes, and First Vice President for Program Management Department Jose Mari R. Abacan for opening the doors of the network to their family.

“Malapit nang ipalabas ang produkto ng binuong pamilya ni Direk Bobot Mortiz ang Happy ToGetHer po on December 26 sana po abangan n'yo.

“Sana ho Linggo-linggo n'yo kami samahan, kasabay ng inyong hapunan at nagpapasalamat muli ako sa GMA for allowing us to have a home. Sa Kapuso Network maraming-maraming salamat kay Ma`am Annette [Gozon], kay Sir. Joey [Abacan]and kay Mr. [Felipe] Gozon, thank you so much.”

Meanwhile, Mr. Joey Abacan wanted everyone to know that Happy ToGetHer is the network's special gift this Holiday season to all our loyal Kapuso.

He noted, “Tuwang-tuwa ako, dahil ito ang nagsilbing Pamasko sa amin dito sa GMA and at the same time ito rin ang ipa-passover namin sa inyo as Pamasko ng GMA sa inyo, dahil ang tagal ng usapan dito, ang daming pinagplanuhan and I would like to formally tulad noong sinabi ko noong November 9 formally welcome one of our creative producers and not only an actor, but also our creative producer si Lloydie [John Lloyd Cruz].”

Joey Abacan added, “So, hopefully mas marami pa gagawin si John Lloyd sa atin and I really like to thank also Direk Bobot Mortiz and his cast.”

“I'd like to make a special welcome also to the people, who came from the other side. Noong una, hello lang from the other side lang kami, but this time welcome kayo dito sa amin.”

In addition, Joey is confident that people will be hooked immediately after the first few episodes. He told Nelson Canlas, “Siyempre very excited, kasi ang tagal namin pinag-usapan ito 'di ba, so noong nakuha ko na 'yung mga na-taped nila, I'm very-very happy. Talagang very confident that the Kapuso people will actually appreciate it and matutuwa sila doon sa mga episodes na ginawa nila Direk Bobot [Mortiz] at saka ni John Lloyd [Cruz].”
