From winning hearts on The Clash 2023 to stepping into a new milestone in his music journey, grand champion John Rex is ready to connect with fans in a more personal way as he stages his first-ever solo concert titled The Live Experience.

The special Valentine's season show will be held on February 15, 2026, at 8 p.m at Brewing Point Fisher Parkway, located near Fisher Mall in Quezon City.

Known for his powerful performances and heartfelt delivery, John Rex shared that preparing for a solo concert brings a familiar sense of pressure, one that reminds him of his days competing on the Kapuso singing competition.

However, instead of feeling overwhelmed, he sees it as motivation to give his best onstage.

He explained, "Siguro it's the same pressure kasi back then when I was competing pa, sabi ko kapag tutungtong ako ng stage I will do my very best lampas pa ng 100 percent, and with this Valentine's concert, siyempre, 'yun din 'yung goal ko. I'll do my best, 100 percent, lampas pa para lahat ng nanonood matuwa.

"Siguro with the pressure, same pressure siya sa naramdaman ko before and hindi siya masama for me kasi ano 'yun, nakakapag-fuel 'yun sa akin to perform more."

The singer also revealed that the concert's set list will reflect not only his personal musical taste but also the people who have supported and inspired him throughout his journey.

By including songs connected to loved ones, he hopes to create a meaningful and relatable experience for the audience.

"It's not just me," he said. "So, yung mga songs na kakantahin ko, hindi lang puro para sa akin meron ding mga nanggaling sa mga taong mahal ko or gusto kong kantahain para sa mga taong mahal ko."

Beyond the upcoming concert, John Rex is already looking ahead to an exciting year filled with new opportunities. He expressed his hopes of releasing more music, expanding his projects with GMA Network, and reaching international audiences.

Speaking about his plans, he said, "For this year, we will release a song this year and sana makapag-release pa ako ng mas maraming songs this year, hopefully, umabot siya sa album.

"Second one, sana mas marami pang projects with GMA Network, tuloy-tuloy lang with my All-Out Sundays family and 'yung makapag-show sa ibang bansa this year.

"I'm praying ang hoping na mangyari lahat 'yan. We'll work hard for it, siyempre."
