Miss Universe Philippines 2022 Celeste Cortesi's British tech entrepreneur boyfriend, Jonathan Sterling, has officially broken his silence regarding the controversies and allegations currently being thrown his way.

Taking to his personal Instagram account to clear the air, Jonathan addressed his followers through an Instagram Story, explaining that the mounting issues involving his name ultimately prompted his return to social media.

Among the rumors circulating online, he specifically pointed out reports labeling him as a “millionaire.” He immediately debunked the claim with a touch of humor, jokingly clarifying that he isn't just a millionaire, he is actually a billionaire.

“There have been a lot of false allegations going around online and in the media about me recently,” Jonathan wrote on his Instagram story.

“So l'd like to break my silence, come back on social media, and take a moment to correct the record: I am NOT a millionaire. I'm a billionaire,” he said in jest.

Furthermore, he also noted that a more detailed breakdown of the situation will be made available to the public soon.

He revealed that all the answers concerning the rumors and controversies currently trailing him will be thoroughly unpacked in his girlfriend's upcoming project.

Titled Celeste Unscripted, the highly anticipated eight-part docuseries is scheduled for release later this year and is expected to give viewers an unprecedented, intimate look into her personal life, her flourishing career, and the various public controversies that have surrounded her in recent months.

“But seriously, if you want the full story, watch Celeste Unscripted when it comes out later this year,” Jonathan wrote.

This statement from Jonathan comes on the heels of recent rumors alleging that a third party was involved in his relationship with Celeste. The widespread speculation quickly led many social media users to assume that the couple had already parted ways.

However, the beauty queen wasted no time in releasing a statement on her Instagram story to clarify the true status of her relationship with Jonathan.

According to Celeste, their bond remains strong and they are completely focused on their son, Sergio.

She further emphasized that there are times when utmost consideration and respect are strictly necessary, especially when issues begin to affect their child and family.

“Jonny and I are good. Our focus remains on caring for our child, Sergio, and supporting our family. I believe some situations call for greater consideration and respect, especially when a child and family are already involved,” Celeste wrote.

“Our priority is our family, and that is where our time, energy, and attention will remain. With that said, people can now relax and focus on their own lives instead,” she added.

Celeste officially confirmed she was expecting last April when she debuted her ultrasound photos on her personal Instagram account.
