EX couple Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto gamely took on the "Lie Detector Test" in the latest vlog of Rec•Create on YouTube.
The Unbreak My Heart actor and Julia were in a relationship from 2017 to 2019.
When Julia answered the question: “Nagustuhan ba talaga ako ng pamilya mo?”, the lie detector test machine judged her answer “yes” as truth.
She then explained, “My family they are very accepting and very warm to everybody that we let in.”
“I think they genuinely cared for Josh as well.”

Joshua agreed, “And naramdaman ko naman 'yun”
Julia interjected, “Yeah, especially mom [Marjorie Barretto].”
Joshua added, “Grabe, lalo si Tita. During our shoot, magkausap sila [faces Julia], 'd iba? Naka-Facetime pa namin si Tita Marj.”
He also stated that he doesn't regret being in a relationship with Julia.
He shared in the vlog, “Of course, no! Hindi ko siya nire-regret, two years 'yun ang tagal nun. 'Yung relationship na ang daming itinuro sa akin na nagamit ko sa mga, mas sunod na relationship.”
“Pero ang dami ko natutunan.”
Julia is currently in a relationship with actor Gerald Anderson, while Joshua is dating Filipino-French athlete Emilienne Vigier.
They will soon be featured in their reunion movie titled Un/Happy For You.
