Recently, on an episode of the Kapuso morning program Unang Hirit, Miss Earth Philippines 2025 Joy Barcoma was featured as a “Kapuso hostmate,” joining the show's regular hosts and anchors.

During the episode, Joy revealed the prominent showbiz personalities she hopes to collaborate with in future projects or shows.

One of the names she mentioned was Asia's Multimedia Star and Kapuso actor Alden Richards. She noted that since they share similar monikers, she hopes to work with him in the future.

“Si Alden Richards. Kasi 'Pambansang Bae' — eh 'di ba po ang moniker ko, 'Pambansang Jusa?'” said Joy.

The content creator and beauty queen also shared that one of her dream collaborators is Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera.

She further explained why she aspires to work with the actress: “Pangarap ko pong mamalditahan.”

“Kasi po 'di ba may prank video siya na nag-viral? Parang gusto ko 'yon,” she added.

Joy also noted that Marian is known for taking on positive and well-crafted roles, which draws her to the actress.

“Parang never ko pang nakita si Miss Marian na masungit, bukod sa revenge plots ng Marimar and Dyesebel,” she said.

She then jokingly sent a message to Marian, playfully wishing for a chance to be pranked or even be at the receiving end of the actress's famous “maldita” persona.

“Parang pangarap ko pong mamalditahan niya. Ako po 'yung i-prank n'yo, Miss Marian!” the beauty queen shared.

Following her impressive Top 8 finish at Miss Earth 2025, Joy Barcoma has seamlessly transitioned from the pageant stage to the spotlight of digital and broadcast media.

While the Czech Republic's Natalie Puskinova took home the main title, Joy captured the internet's heart with her witty and relatable content.

Her hosting career is also gaining traction, with recent guest appearances in local pageants, as well as on the morning show Unang Hirit and the popular podcast Dogshow Divas.
