In her recent Instagram post, the talented host shared her thoughts and the changes she noticed hosting a live event amid the current situation.

She said, “Back to work in the studio to host a live event!

“This is how we do events now... if it's not from home, it's from a studio with strict safety precautions, a limited amount of people for the prod teams, and no physical audience -- but more than 1,000 online!”

Joyce also stressed the importance of giving back as well, especially for those people who are able to go to work.

“It's a weird feeling, but I'm so grateful for work.

“For those who are also blessed to be working during these tough times, I hope we all learn to pay it forward, and create opportunities for those who have been struggling.”
