Juan and his family are off to find a new house. But the search takes unexpected twists and turns. The mansion of a dead matinee idol is for rent and the D. Magbangons try it out for size. Their house hunting turns into a house haunting when one ghost after another shows up on the property!

They move to a happy compound filled with videoke loving tambays. Tatay George joins them for a round of drinking, while Nanay Siony makes a wrong turn and discovers the neighbor’s home is a shabu lab... and the singing goons turn out to be the henchmen of a local drug lord!

Lilia Cuntapay guests as caretaker of the haunted house while comedienne Boobsie guests as a Feng Shui expert who shows Juan’s family how to fix their run of bad luck. 

Finally, Juan gets the surprise of his life when they finally move into the perfect home… right beside the new apartment of Marie and her family!
