With baby number 2 coming soon, Kapuso actor Juancho Trivino admits that he and his wife, Joyce Pring, are having difficulties in preparing for the big day as the situation they are in now is different compared to when they had their first-born Eliam.
In an interview on 'Unang Hirit,' Juancho expressed how different Joyce's pregnancy is from when it was with Eliam.
“Nung buntis siya kay Eliam, lockdown nu'n 'tsaka usually wala ako. Wala akong work 'tsaka siya na on site,” he said.
He added, “So ngayon, it's different because we have to be in a lot of places already, and we have tapings on site so medyo difficult siya, hindi kami sanay.”
The Maria Clara at Ibarra actor admitted that there are a lot of unexpected things they are experiencing with their second pregnancy and are “weathering the storm.”
“Parang weathering the storm kami ngayon and trying to take care of Joyce, 'yung health niya, 'tsaka taking care of Liam,” he added.
Meanwhile, in terms of planning, Juancho and Joyce have been going to workshops to ask around for the “best way” of giving birth.
“Maraming mga options of giving birth so I guess 'yun 'yung tinitingnan namin ngayon,” he added.
Asked about how Juancho feels for their baby girl, the actor has this to say, “Excited! Super excited.”
“Sobrang nakaka bigla dahil hindi namin in-expect na girl naman this time. Well, kahit naman ano, 'di ba? Pero it's still a wonderful blessing para sa amin,” he added.
On January 9, the couple revealed that they will be having a baby girl on Instagram. He revealed that they already knew the gender since October 2022 in an intimate gender reveal party.
Juancho also expressed his excitement over the possibility of their baby girl being his “mini-me.”
“Excited ako kasi maraming nag-sasabi na usually 'yung mini na tatay so mini-me, so we'll see about that,” he said.
On having more babies, Juancho said that they want to wait for the advice of their doctors first before they decide.
“Syempre papakiramdaman namin. Gusto namin na maka-spend ng quality time with the kids so we'll see,” he added.
