Congratulations, Juancho and Joyce!
Juancho Trivino and Joyce Pring started on another milestone together as they broke ground on their soon-to-rise dream house.
The host-content creator shared on Instagram moments from the ceremony, where they were joined by their children, Alonso Eliam and Agnes Eleanor.
"Finally broke ground and asked God to bless the construction of our house which starts this year. After a few hurdles and delays, we're finally here," Joyce said.
Joyce narrated how they were "constantly feeling defeated" when they were searching for a lot while she was pregnant with Eliam as they couldn't find one that they liked enough or could afford.
Joyce said she and Juancho stumbled upon the current lot they own one day and immediately liked it.
And luckily, when Juancho checked the announcements there were lots for sale in the same spot they saw, which were big enough and also within their budget.
"In that moment I experienced deeply what I had known all along -- trusting in the Lord for His timing and provision is the greatest comfort we have. Not that we will always get what we ask for, but that God always knows what we need," she mused.
Joyce continued, "Sometimes that's a heartbreak, other times it's a huge blessing we don't even deserve, like these lots."

In November 2023, Joyce posted photos of her and Juancho with blueprints and rendered photos of their dream home.
"By God's grace, we've finally signed all the papers and blueprints to start building our DREAM HOME," Joyce previously announced.
