Saad ni Juancho Trivino, ang kanyang role na Padre Salvi ay isang "once-in-a-lifetime opportunity."
Isang pasasalamat sa karakter na Padre Salvi ang ipinost ni Juancho Trivino ilang oras bago ipalabas ang finale ng Maria Clara at Ibarra.
Ngayong February 24, mapapanood na natin ang pinakaaabangang ending ng Maria Clara at Ibarra.
Binalikan ni Juancho ang kanyang naging journey sa role na Padre Salvi. Ani Juancho, puno siya ng takot nang ipinagkatiwala sa kanya ang role na ito sa Maria Clara at Ibarra.
"Several months ago, when I received the role of PS (Padre Salvi), I was scared to death not just because of the pressure, but going out of the box really scares me a lot."
Dugtong pa ni Juancho, "Sa show na ito, hindi lang ito basta go out of the box e, as in jump out of the box and kinailangan kong gawin. I did not know what other people would think and it's kind of far from the matinee idol idea that we've been trying to work toward for the past 11 years. Nakakatakot."
Ayon pa kay Juancho natakot man siya ay nakaramdam siya ng excitement kaya nagpasalamat siya sa kanilang direktor at mga boss sa GMA Network.
"Despite the fear, I had a lot of excitement. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, once in a lifetime project. I want to dedicate this PS goodbye sa mga taong nagtiwala sa akin. Sila Direk Zig who helped me and gave me the safe space to play with Padre Salvi. He believed in me and trusted me kaya maraming salamat, Direk Zig...Sa mga bosses sa GMA, maraming salamat for entrusting me with Padre Salvi."
Para naman sa mga manonood at kanyang mga co-actors, isang pasasalamat rin ang iniwang mensahe ni Juancho. Saad ng aktor, "Sa lahat ng mga nagalit at nagmahal kay Padre Salvi, maraming salamat sa pag-intindi sa kanya. At siyempre sa lahat ng mga magagaling kong mga kaeksena."
Sa huli ay nagpasalamat si Juancho sa role na ito dahil sa naging daan raw ito sa iba't ibang mga opportunities.
"I just want to thank PS. He renewed appreciation sa craft ko, salamat sa lahat ng opportunities na nag-open up dahil sa'yo. Maaari ka nang magpahinga. To God be the glory and the honor forever. PS out."
Abangan ang huling episode ng Maria Clara at Ibarra mamaya, 8:00 p.m. sa GMA Telebabad. May simulcast din ito sa digital channel na Pinoy Hits, habang mapanood naman ang same-day replay nito Lunes hanggang Biyernes, 9:40 p.m. sa GTV.
