Juancho Trivino may not know how he feels right now but Joyce Pring is surely excited for their baby girl.
Kapuso actor Juancho Trivino admitted that while he's excited to have two kids at 30, it's actually his wife, Joyce Pring, who's excited to have their baby girl.
In his interview on the Updated with Nelson Canlas podcast, Juancho admitted that he's the type of person who does not feel things “as of the moment.”
“When I look back…parang doon ko na lang na fully nai-immerse yung sarili ko like when si Liam, I was going through the motion, siyempre happy ako pero hindi na-absorb ng utak ko kaagad,” he said.
He added, “Kasi parang moment to moment ako. So kung ano nangyayari ngayon sige happy ako, sad ako sa kung anuman, whatever. Pero for me to contemplate, it take[s] me a while.”
“Going back 'yung sa baby girl, I don't know e, parang [I] still don't know. I'll tell you what I'll feel 'pag nandiyan na,” he continued.
While Juancho may not feel the excitement yet for their baby girl, Joyce, on the other hand, is really excited to see the newest member of their family, according to Juancho.
“Kasi ang tagal na rin niyang ano, pregnant full-term na kasi siya, so she's excited, everything is prepared, I can see that with her and…everything is going well,” he said.
However, since Joyce had already delivered their baby on April 23, how did she and Juancho plan to take care of their two kids, now that the actor has to go to work unlike with their first child, Liam, when they were on lock down?
“Ngayon, medyo ako mas magfo-focus kay Liam and she will be [focused on their baby girl]. Kapag natutulog na si Liam, tsaka na ako tutulong sa kaniya,” he said.
He also added, “Sobrang blessed namin kasi…lumipat kami sa South di ba? After we found out that she was pregnant with our first one, so naging sobrang beneficial 'yun kasi nandito lang yung parents ko, nandito lang 'yung kapatid ko, so they came, meron kaming karelyebo.”
Juancho then shared some words from his mentor on taking care of their kids. “Sabi niya, kapag isa pa lang anak, two on one. 'Pag dalawa na, man to man na, tig-isa na kayo. Tapos kapag tatlo na, apat, zone defense na alam mo 'yon? Ako dito sa second floor, ikaw diyan sa first floor.”
