This Sunday, Julie Anne San Jose gets her heart broken in GMA's newest youth-oriented drama, Together Forever.
 
Ely (Elmo Magalona) asks Toyang to be the bridge between him and his ultimate crush, Shirley (Lexi Fernandez). This breaks Toyang's heart and Ely is oblivious of Toyang's feelings towards him. Ely and Shirley will eventually get closer especially when Ely joins Shirley’s band.
 
Meanwhile, Jasmine (Janine Gutierrez) is still hurting over her break up with Ben (Benedict Campos). Although she doesn’t regret breaking up with him, she still feels bad that Ben can’t take care of her when she needs him the most.  
 
 One day, while at the grocery and thinking about Ben, Jasmine accidentally bumps a guy and spills his drink. The guy doesn’t accept Jasmine’s apology and he even scolded her. After a few days, Jasmine sees the guy again and she finds out that the guy owns a food stall at their grocery. To get back at the guy, Jasmine will do something to get even.
 
What will Jasmine do to get even to that guy? And who is this guy that keeps on bothering Jasmine? What will Toyang do now that Ely and Shirley are getting closer?
