After receiving numerous positive comments from celebrities and netizens for singing the theme song of the popular Netflix animated series "Over The Moon," the talented Kapuso diva found out that her cover of "Your Song" has now surpassed 30 million streams on music platform Spotify.
"Your Song" is an original song of the best-selling OPM band Parokya ni Edgar.
In addition, the award-winning performer also released her new single "Try Love Again” last November 6 under Universal Records.
Julie Anne shared Kapuso Showbiz News some details about her new song.
"It's a love song, it's a hugot song. Medyo acoustic-ish 'yung vibe n'ya and then soulful, I guess.
"Mas soul siya kaysa do'n sa mga nakaraan, soulful siya na parang R&B, acoustic, chill gano'n."
Aside from her music career, Julie Anne is busy with her several shows like The Clash and All-Out Sundays.
Her fans can also watch her on the hit sitcom Pepito Manaloto, where she portrays Nikki, the ex-girlfriend of Chito Manaloto (Jake Vargas).
