Aldrin instantly became the talk of town as news about his marriage to Jenna spread like wildfire. People judged his allegedly poor taste, hurting his ego and Jenna’s heart. He forced everyone in the hacienda – including the proud Don Griego – to treat Jenna as part of the family.
Worried of Aldrin’s rebellious attitude, Don Griego succumbed to his demands and even welcomed Jenna to the Griego family. But his acceptance proved to be short-lived, as he eventually admitted he was only pretending to appease his grandson.
He and Agatha soon worked on ways to make Aldrin realize he made the wrong choice with Jenna, and this was proven when Jenna made a fool out of herself at a business party the Griegos hosted. Eventually, Jenna and Aldrin both admitted having a hard time with each other’s lifestyle.
Once again, Don Griego took the chance to drive Jenna away. And when she refused, he put her life in danger and putting Rosa in jail. Little did he know, however, that his evil actions only made Aldrin realize Jenna’s importance in his life. Aldrin now wanted Jenna to stay in his life forever.
