Ayon sa abugado ni Kapuso star Rita Daniela na si Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, ang isinumite ng kampo ni Archie Alemania na counter-affidavit ay isang “mere confirmation” ng acts of lasciviousness na isinampa ng aktres sa kaniya.

Sa Fast Talk with Boy Abunda nitong Miyerkules, December 11, ibinahagi ni King of Talk Boy Abunda ang statement ni Atty. Maggie ukol sa isinumite na counter-affidavit ni Archie kung saan inamin di umano ng aktor ang charges laban sa kaniya.

“He also admitted that while in the car, he touched Rita. Albeit, he said that he uttered those words because he was just being wacky and he made the touches to comfort her, this does not erase the fact that he did the acts complained of,” sabi ng abugado.

Pagpapatuloy pa ng Atty. Maggie, “He also said in his counter-affidavit that when Rita got out of his vehicle, she was very angry. Why would Rita be angry when he did not do something wrong when they were at the car? If he just touched to comfort her?”

Idiniin ni Atty. Maggie na ang counter-affidavit ni Archie ay naglalaman ng “material admission,” dahilan para managot ang aktor sa kasong Acts of Lasciviousness.

Sa ngayon ay nakatakda na rin magsumite sa December 17 ang kampo ni Rita Daniela ng written affidavit laban sa counter-affidavit ni Archie.

Matatadaan na nagsampa si Rita Daniela ng Act of Lasciviousness complaint laban kay Archie Alemania noong October 30 sa Office of the City Prosecutor sa Bacoor City. Sa complaint, inilahad ng aktres kung papaano di umano hinalikan at hinipuan siya ng aktor nang walang pahintulot, at sinabing ilang beses din nagbigay ng “inappropriate remarks” patungkol sa kaniya.

Kuwento ni Rita Daniela sa affidavit, nangyari ito pagkatapos ng isang thanksgiving party noong September.
