You’ve read about the stars who want to just spend Christmas day with their families -- but there are also those who like doing stuff with their families on Christmas day.
Mark Herras: Celebrating it with the family -- Noche Buena, then after midnight... Kasi noong bata ako, doon nauso mga ninong, ‘di ba? In the past years, ginagawa naming, after Noche Buena, kanya-kanya na.
Maxene Magalona: Siyempre the opening of gifts! Kasi you see the faces ng mga kapatid ko, pag binuksan tapos 'yung surprise -- nakakaiyak na nakakatuwa. Na kahit once a year lang, tuwang-tuwa ka na. Everyone gets a gift, everyone is so happy to get one -- not just on the surface of just opening gifts, but deeper; it’s a time for the family to bond. I mean, well-bonded 'yung family naming, we don’t need any more time to bond; it’s just that ang saya lang na once a year we all get together just to open gifts and see each other’s happy faces. Ang saya-saya lang.
Lovi Poe: Gusto ko ‘yung part before Christmas Eve, ‘yung naglulutuan ‘yung buong pamilya. And minsan ‘yung mom ko, busy siya, nagluluto, kami ng kapatid ko, nangungulit lang kami, or nanonood lang kami sa kwarto. The best time ever talaga pag ganoon.
Antonio Aquitania: Actually ngayong naga-artista na ako, more on games.
Katrina Halili: Noche Buena. ‘Yung nagkikita-kita lahat ng family.
And then, there are those whose favorite traditions don’t just happen on Christmas Day!
Maganda ‘yung ma-feel mo talaga ‘yung spirit ‘di ba?
Until now I’m still doing it. Ang laki ng binibili kong turkey! Yung turkey uintil New Year na! Ang tagal, kasi ang laki!
