Pambansang Abs Jak Roberto visited GMA Network Center this Friday, December 11, to renew his management contract with GMA Artist Center.
Now in his sixth year as a Kapuso, Jak couldn't thank his home network enough for giving him the opportunity to showcase his many talents. Thanks to his hardwork and determination, Jak is now recognized as one of the biggest stars of GMA Network.
Aside from Jak, indie-turned-mainstream actor Royce Cabrera also came to GMA to sign a management contract with Artist Center and receive his official welcome as a Kapuso.
According to Royce, he felt overwhelmed with the warm welcome but he's also grateful to be a part of the Kapuso family.
In a recent episode of Hangout, Royce shared that he'd love to be paired with Jak in a new BL or Boys' Love series.
"Siguro gusto kong ituloy 'yung pag-tandem namin ni Jak Roberto kasi nagsama kami sa Magpakailanman, naging jowa ko siya doon e.
"Kung bibigyan ng pagkakataon e 'di tuloy na namin 'yun. Gawan na namin ng sequel," he said.
During Jak's contract signing, GMA Network got the chance to interview the Kapuso actor to find out his reaction about Royce's proposition.
"Why not? Alam mo, usong-uso ngayon 'yan and sa'kin, isa siyang art talaga na nakaka-challenge gawin.
"Malay mo i-entertain ng mga writer natin 'yan, mga director, and production, gawin din natin.
"'Yung My Husband's Lover 'di ba? Pumatok 'yon, why not?
"Nababasa ko nga, nakikita ko sa social media 'yung tungkol sa BL series, ako wala akong ano, game ako sa change, kahit ano 'yan basta mapapakita natin 'yung talent natin and mahahasa ulit 'yung acting skills.
"Game ako diyan," answered Jak.
