Alamin mula sa mga Kapuso stars na sina Miss World 2013 at 'Marimar' star Megan Young, 'Eat Bulaga' HBD Girl Patricia Tumulak, 'Sunday PinaSaya' host Valeen Montenegro at 'The Half Sisters' star na si Ruru Madrid ang kani-kanilang plano upang maging fit and healthy ngayong 2016.

Kaliwa’t kanan ang mga selebrasyon noong Pasko at pagsalubong sa Bagong Taon kaya hindi maiwasang masira ang mga diet ng ilang Kapuso stars katulad nina Miss World 2013 at 'Marimar' star Megan Young, 'Eat Bulaga' HBD Girl Patricia Tumulak, 'Sunday PinaSaya' host Valeen Montenegro at ang 'The Half Sisters' star na si Ruru Madrid.

Dahil tapos na ang holiday season, ibinahagi ni Megan ang kanyang balik-alindog program sa '24 Oras.' Aniya, "Hindi ako nag-diet nang holiday pero ngayong January [ay] back to healthy eating na. I work out a lot, but I also eat very healthy. No more mga fried food, everything will be fresh."

Aminado rin ang dating beauty pageant title holder na naparami ang kanyang nakain noong nakaraang bakasyon pero handa siyang bawiin ito. Saad ni Patricia, "Nag-gain ako [kasi] sumikip na ang pantalon ko at T-shirt. Madali naman ma-burn 'yon basta work out mo lang 'yan. Aim for balance."

Exercise ang sikreto ng 'Eat Bulaga' beauty kahit walang siyang diet na sinusunod, "I do yoga, boxing, trapeze, spin class and then kahit anong pwede kainin."

Ang seksing komedyante naman ay mahilig sumubok ng ibang exercise routine kada taon. Ayon kay Valeen, "I like trying new stuff so parang last year I did running and konting gym. This year, I [want to] try boxing, and CrossFit para maiba naman."

Kung pag-e-hersisyo ang pinag-aatupag ng mga Kapuso actresses, pagkain naman ang kailangan ingatan ni Ruru upang maabot ang kanyang goal ngayong taon. Sambit niya, "Iwasan ko na 'yung junk food [kasi] malakas ako diyan eh. Fit and healthy [for] 2016!"
