Several Kapuso stars, personalities, and programs are once again nominated at this year's Village Pipol Choice Awards (VPCA) by Village Pipol Magazine.

The publication annually recognizes influential and standout names and brands in television, film, radio, music, social media, lifestyle, travel, business, and technology throughout the year.

For the seventh edition of the VPCA this year, GMA Network, its stars, and shows received multiple nominations in different categories.

Starting with GMA Network as one of the nominees for TV Station of the Year, while its shows, Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre and Beauty Empire, are nominated for TV Series of the Year.

Sparkle star and Mga Batang Riles star Miguel Tanfelix is up for TV Actor of the Year, while Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre star Bianca Umali, Beauty Empire star Kyline Alcantara, and Akusada star Andrea Torres are vying for TV Actress of the Year.

For TV Supporting Actor of the Year, Jon Lucas (Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre), Kokoy De Santos (Mga Batang Riles), and Marco Masa (Akusada) are all nominated this year.

Meanwhile, Ashley Sarmiento (Akusada), Mikee Quintos (Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre), Lianne Valentine (Akusada), and Zephanie (Mga Batang Riles) are up for the TV Supporting Actress of the Year Award.

Former Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition housemates Mika Salamanca, AZ Martinez, Shuvee Etrata, and Charlie Fleming are nominees for the New Female TV Personality award.

Sparkle actor Anton Vinzon, meanwhile, is nominated for New Male TV Personality.

Allen Ansay and Dustin Yu are both up for Promising Male Star of the Year, while Caprice Cayetano is nominated for Promising Female Star of the Year.

Will Ashley and Faith Da Silva are nominees for Breakthrough Star of the Year.

Limitless Star Julie Anne San Jose is nominated for TV Host of the Year for The Clash, while Multimedia Star Alden Richards is also up for the same award for Stars on the Floor.

Kapuso stars also received several nominations in the film category.

Glaiza De Castro is up for Movie Actress of the Year for Bar Boys, while Will Ashley is nominated for Movie Actor of the Year for Love You So Bad, which is also nominated for Movie of the Year.

Dustin Yu (Shake, Rattle & Roll: Evil Origins) and Bryce Eusebio (Bar Boys) received nominations for Supporting Movie Actor of the Year, while Ysabel Ortega (Shake, Rattle & Roll: Evil Origins) and Rochelle Pangilinan (Child No. 82) are nominees of the Supporting Movie Actress of the Year award.

In the realm of social media, Max Collins, Cassy Legaspi, Shuvee Etrata, and Grace Tanfelix are up for Breakthrough Social Media Star of the Year.

Sanya Lopez is nominated for TikTok Star of the Year, while Charlie Fleming eyes the Female TikTok Face of the Year award.

Michael Sager, Josh Ford, and Anton Vinzon, meanwhile, received nominations for Male TikTok Face of the Year.

The Viral TikTok Video of the Year sees Mika Salamanca's “Sino Nga Ba Sya,” Sanya Lopez's “Hot Maria Clara,” and Michelle Dee's “Reyna” as nominees.

Mika Salamanca is also nominated for Fashion Influencer of the Year.

The 7th VPCA red carpet and awards night is set to take place on April 29, 2026.
