For its 49th anniversary, 'Kapwa Ko, Mahal Ko' will take a look back at the history of the longest-running public service program.
GMA Network's longest-running public service program, Kapwa Ko, Mahal Ko, is celebrating its 49th anniversary this year. To mark this monumental milestone, the show will have a special episode in December. Kapwa Ko, Mahal Ko will also organize an event to commemorate the occasion.
True to its tagline, "Laging isapuso ang diwa sa pagtulong sa Kapwa!" Kapwa Ko, Mahal Ko has helped countless people over the years and has continued to help those in need of financial and medical assistance. On the special episode, viewers will see some of the most memorable beneficiaries of the program over the years.
The will also showcase the journey Kapwa Ko, Mahal Ko over the years by featuring testimonials from beneficiaries, doctors who have supported the program, previous hosts, donors, partners, and volunteers of the program in the past four decades.
Aside from the anniversary special, Kapwa Ko, Mahal Ko will also have an in-person event featuring speeches from key figures from the show and performances from several Kapuso stars.
In its 49th year, Kapwa Ko, Mahal Ko promises to continue extending help to the public and serving the community.
