The award-winning broadcast journalist posted photos of her daughter Julia Kristiana David, who is about to finish college from University of the Philippines Diliman with a degree in Family Life and Child Development, on Instagram on Wednesday,
The TV host and news reporter expressed how proud she is to her daughter.
“Parang kailan lang… ngayon magtatapos ka na ng kolehiyo. So proud of you anak. Masipag, matalino, mapagkumbaba at mapagmalasakit sa kapwa. Ikaw ang pinakamagandang nangyari sa aking buhay.
"Congratulations Julia Kristiana David Mahal na mahal ka namin at lagi kaming susuporta sa iyo," part of Kara's captioned read.
Seems like the mother and daughter are both brilliant when it comes to academics!
Kara also graduated from the prestigious University of the Philippines Diliman with a Master's Degree in Philippine Studies.
Currently, the I-Witness reporter and Pinas Sarap host serve as a Chairperson of UP Diliman College of Mass Communication's Journalism Department.
