Karylle wraps up her week as UH host-mate with laughter and gratitude.
After almost a week filled with fun conversations and thrilling challenges, Karylle's stint as an Unang Hirit host-mate has come to a heartfelt close.
On Thursday (October 16), the UH barkada expressed their love and gratitude to Karylle for brightening up their mornings.
As a sweet send-off, the team surprised Karylle with another personalized keepsake: a mug adorned with her name.
"Sobra kong saya kasi breakfast tayo ng breakfast. E, hindi naman ako kumakain ng breakfast talaga," Karylle joked, sharing a light moment on her last day.
The OG 2005 Sang'gre also reflected on how her Unang Hirit experience perfectly matched her daily routine.
"Sa totoo lang I'm a morning person, nu'ng tumanda na ko naging morning person. Ang saya kasi lagi akong naghahanap ng mga kakuwentuhan sa umaga and kayo 'yun," she said.
Karylle also thanked the viewers and fans who showered her with support throughout her week on the show. She even mentioned how some even thought she was joining the morning show as a permanent host.
"Ang daming nagme-message sakin, I feel the love," she said.
Host Lyn Ching then told her warmly, "You're welcome here anytime."
Earlier this week, Karylle was officially welcomed as a UH host-mate with her own embroidered “UH” jacket and apron during the show's cooking segment.
Fans can continue to catch Karylle spreading joy and good vibes on It's Showtime, airing weekdays to Saturday, 12 noon on GMA Network and via Kapuso livestreams.
