Sanay na ang lahat na makitang nakasuot ng mini skirt si Karylle sa SOP tuwing Linggo, pero kagabi ay iba ang glow ng girlfriend ni Dingdong Dantes. Nang makausap ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) si Karylle sa backstage ng Teatrino, natawa lang ang singer-actress-TV host dahil narinig niya na nagbubulung-bulungan ang mga reporter na nasa loob ng venue nang lumabas siya na suot ang sexy green dress niya. "Nagtataka ako because this is not the first time na nagsuot ako ng ganitong sexy na damit. I always wear miniskirts sa SOP, sa mga production numbers namin. Pero I guess mas napansin lang nila ako ngayon kasi wala akong ibang girls na kasama. Kumbaga, na-highlight ang suot ko tonight," nakangiting saad ni Karylle. NEW IMAGE. Sina Karylle at Rhian Ramos ang napili ng GMA-7 to host Pinoy Idol Extra. Ipapakita sa naturang show ang mga backstage and unguarded moments ng Top 24 Pinoy Idol contestants bago sila ma-trim down to 12. Dahil sa magiging hectic na ang schedule ni Karylle ay tinanggihan niya ang offer sa kanya para maksama sa isang soap opera. "Sayang nga yung soap drama, pero I really have to choose, e. Or else, ako rin ang mahihirapan. Mas nauna kasing dumating itong Pinoy Idol Extra and okay naman ang magiging exposure ko because main host ako ng daily show na ito. At mukhang fun-fun ang magiging work ko because I will get to interact with the contestants para makilala natin sila nang husto," paliwanag ni Karylle. DINGDONG KNOWS. Alam ba ni Dingdong na ganito ang magiging image niya ngayon as a TV host? May approval ba ito ni Dingdong? "Oo naman. Dong knows na suot ko ito!" malakas na tawa ni Karylle. "Sa lahat naman ng mga ginagawa ko, alam ni Dong and he's not against a lot of things. May mga konting restrictions siya, pero okay lang naman ‘yon. Hindi naman unreasonable ang mga bawal sa kanya. "When it comes naman to my career, like this one in Pinoy Idol Extra, he's all out sa pagsuporta sa akin. He's the one pa saying na he's proud of me because he knows na kaya ko. That's how he's supportive sa akin.
