Kate Valdez is one of GMA Artist Center's rising talents! With her amazing acting chops as Mira in Encantadia and with a stunning presence to boot, it's only a matter of time before she gets more and more recognition. Well, at least we know of one beauty queen that has her eyes on Kate.

In a recent photo shoot with famed photographer Doc Marlon Pecjo, Miss Universe 2010 Runner-up Venus Raj couldn't help but notice and comment on Kate's beauty.

According to Venus, "Doc, she's gorgeous! How young is she? She should join Bb. (Binibini) -- So beautiful!"

The 16-year-old Kapuso actress was thankful for Venus' kind words.

"OMG --Thank you so much po @onlyvenusraj! Hope to see you soon po," Kate wrote.

So, will we actually get to see Kate Valdez compete in beauty pageants in the future? We'll just have to wait and see to find out!
