Katrina Halili's daughter, Katie, touched the hearts of netizens because of her heartfelt appreciation to GMA.

Katie, 12, recorded a video of herself, expressing her deep gratitude to the network for giving her mom another project right after the recently-concluded GMA Afternoon Prime series Mommy Dearest. Katrina now stars in the GMA Prime action series Sanggang-Dikit FR, where she plays Lt. Charlie Samson.

"Thank you, GMA, sa bagong work po ni Mama. Yehey, may pambili na ako ulit ng candies," Katie said in the video which the Kapuso actress posted on her Facebook page.

Katie also invited the viewers to watch the show which is top billed by Dennis Trillo and Jennylyn Mercado, who is also her mom's StarStruck batchmate and her godmother.

"Sana manood po kayo ng Sanggang-Dikit FR. Kasama din yung ninang Jen ko po. Promise po, nood po kayo ha," Katie warmly added, before ending the video by blowing a kiss.

Many netizens were deeply moved by Katie's expression of sincere appreciation to her mother's home network.

One commenter noted how supportive she is of her mom's profession even at her age. The comment read, "Pwede na promoter si Katie, respectfully asking to support her mom so she can have the things she needs. We will watch Katie for you!!!"
