On Wednesday, January 7, Leon Barretto took to Instagram to share his family's visit to Hong Kong, specifically their trip to the city's Disneyland.

He was joined by his mother, Marjorie Barretto, and his sisters, Dani and Erich Barretto. Also in attendance were Dani's husband, Xavi Panlilio, and their children, Millie and Riley.

Many fans, especially followers of the popular girl group KATSEYE, were thrilled to see that group member Sophia Laforteza was also part of the trip.

In the photos shared by Leon, the whole family and Sophia can be seen happily enjoying the rides and attractions at the theme park.

“Starting the year in the happiest place on earth with the people I love most,” Leon wrote in the caption.

Leon's post was flooded with positive comments from fans, many of whom couldn't help but speculate about a budding romance between the two.

“So what if they're dating or just friends. As long as they're happy together,” one fan commented.

“Dating?” another fan said.

Despite the dating rumors, some point out that Leon and Sophia are simply close friends.

“Sophia and you are such good friends, I wish I could have a friendship as lovely as yours,” one follower noted.

Sophia Laforteza's own family also joined the visit to Hong Kong.

Recently, Leon and Sophia were also spotted in a TikTok video after they joined the 'La La La' trend on the social media site.

Sophia Laforteza is the Filipino member of the famous global girl group KATSEYE, alongside Daniela, Lara, and Megan from the USA; Yoonchae from South Korea, and Manon from Switzerland. It can be recalled that the group made their debut in June 2024.

Meanwhile, Leon Barretto is the only son of Marjorie Barretto and Dennis Padilla. His siblings include Dani, Claudia, Julia, and Erich Barretto.
