Did you know that KC Concepcion's great-great-great grandfather is the architect of the Metropolitan Theater?
Aside from having super popular parents, KC Concepcion came from a long line of personalities that helped shape the Philippine architecture in the 20th century.
One of them is Filipino painter and architect Juan M. Arellano who is best known for designing Manila's Metropolitan Theater in 1935, the Manila Central Post Office Building in 1926, and the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex in 1934.
That's why on her Instagram KC didn't shy away from showcasing the many contributions of her great-great-great-grandfather.

If you're wondering how KC is related to the popular Filipino artist, her father Gabby Concepcion explained his family tree to fans on an Instagram post a long time ago.
He said, “How we are related to Juan Arellano (painter) Tree: Juan Arellano father of Oscar Arellano, father of Ma. Lourdes A. Concepcion, mother of Gabriel Arellano Concepcion, father of Kristina Cassandra Cuneta Concepcion.”
Juan Arellano was born on April 25, 1888, in Tondo Manila, Philippines. He was married to Natividad Ocampo and had eight children namely, Oscar, Juanita, Cesar, Salvador, Juan Marcos, Luis, Gloria, and Carlos.
He attended Ateneo de Manila University and graduated in 1908 and finished his bachelor's degree in Architecture in Drexel University in Pennsylvania.
He died at the age of 72 on December 5, 1960.
