KC Concepcion greets stepdad Kiko Pangilinan on his birthday!
Pinay actress-singer KC Concepcion shared a heartwarming tribute to her stepdad, Kiko Pangilinan, on his birthday.
In a recent Instagram post, KC shared sweet family photos along with a heartfelt message for the former senator.
