Kapuso stars Kelvin Miranda and Althea Ablan revealed the inspiration behind their Old Hollywood Glam looks at the GMA Thanksgiving Gala held at Shangri-La The Fort.

According to the Sparkle heartthrob, who was wearing a black and white suit and tie, his look was inspired by the movie Titanic, specifically the fictional character Jack Dawson.

“Actually, gawa siya ni Aaron Mangsat. Inspired by Titanic, Jack Dawson,” he said.

The Prima Donnas star's overall look, on the other hand, was inspired by the iconic Marilyn Monroe.

She shared, “Ako naman, si Marilyn Monroe at saka kita pa lang sa hair, 'di ba, very Marilyn Monroe. Since sikat siya noong panahon, so siya 'yung inspiration ko for my look tonight.”

The two Kapuso talents also expressed their gratitude to GMA Network for continuously giving them various opportunities to showcase their talents as artists.

Althea said, “Super thankful ako kasi hindi talaga ako pinapabayaan ng GMA and pinagkakatiwalaan nila ako sa kaya kong gawin. So I'm so thankful sa GMA dahil ever since, sila na 'yung family ko. Thank you Lord din for all the blessings.”

“S'yempre, thankful tayo sa GMA dahil sa patuloy na pagtiwala at pagpaparamdam ng suporta sa craft natin. So maraming maraming salamat sa GMA at saka sa mga tagasuporta natin na patuloy ang pagpaparamdam ng mainit na pagmamahal nila sa atin,” Kelvin expressed.

The GMA Thanksgiving Gala is not only a night of glitz and glamour, but it also serves as a fund-raising event for the benefit of GMA Kapuso Foundation.
