Find out what are Ken Chan's six travel must-haves!
A self-confessed avid traveler, Ken Chan has frequented places here and abroad. And in the hours and days he has spent on his trips, he has learned ways to bring with him comfort and convenience.
In an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com, the Kapuso actor reveals the items included in his travel must-haves.

Clothes
Ken is slowly learning the art of packing light. His travel hack includes buying additional clothes at his destination to avoid bringing excess baggage.
He says, “Tamang bilang ng clothes lang, 'wag masyado marami. Ako ang ginagawa ko para makatipid ako sa flight, para hindi ako mag-over baggage, hindi ako nagdadala masyado ng damit. Doon na ako sa bansa na pupuntahan ko bibili. Hindi ako mag-o-over baggage papunta. O kaya I make sure na isa lang 'yung dadalhin ko na baggage papunta.”

Pajamas and socks
While he tries to limit the clothing items he packs for his trips, Ken is sure not to leave his pajamas and pairs of socks.
He explains, “I make sure na comfortable ako sa flight. So every time na may long flight po ako, lagi akong naka-pajama at saka naka-medyas. Gusto ko kasi komportable talaga. Magpapalit lang ako 'pag malapit na. Kailangan ko magdala ng medyas, ng pajama, ng komportableng T-shirt.”
Pillows and blankets
Ken also emphasizes on bringing your own pillows and blankets for additional comfort and warmth. It also gives him a feeling of not being far from home.

Facial and hygiene kit
Ken makes sure to pack his facial and hygiene kit whenever he travels.
“Kahit na sabihin nila na ang arte, kailangan talaga,” Ken stresses, explaining how he intends to take care of his face and skin as he capitalizes on these as a celebrity.
Mobile phone, earphones and power bank
Bringing his mobile phone, earphones, and power bank give Ken options when traveling in long hauls. He can entertain himself by watching from his phone or listening to his playlist. He can also opt to block unnecessary background noise. Ken always brings these items at hand so he can also keep communication with loved ones as well as immortalize moments of his vacation through photos and videos.
Energy bars
Lastly, Ken fights hunger and low energy brought by traveling by bringing his own snacks. He claims, “Energy bars. Kailangan ko 'yan, lalo na 'pag sa flight.”
