Thanks to their recent three-week vacation in California, real-life Kapuso couple Khalil Ramos and Gabbi Garcia realized that they were really compatible with each other.

In the second part of their guest appearance on Updated with Nelson Canlas podcast, Khalil explained that aside from being each other's special someone, they were also each other's best friend.

"We spend a good three weeks there, just around California. We went to dream destinations that we've always wanted to go," Khalil recalled.

"And I think, yes, nag-level up 'yung relationship namin in a sense na na-realize namin na talagang we're really compatible. We could sometimes be the best of friends, and that's proven whenever we went to places na enjoy lang."

When it comes to traveling, Khalil and Gabbi seemed like a match made in heaven since they have their own tasks when planning a trip.

Khalil added, "Sa leisure, sa bakasyon, dinelegate namin 'yung mga tasks namin, talagang ginagawa namin 'yung mga dapat naming gawin."

"Ako, I drafted and I made the itinerary. Ako in charge doon, si Gab had to book a lot of 'yung hotels namin. We booked it together, tapos si Gab also was in charge of mga necessities."

Gabbi added, "Like bringing of face masks, alcohol ako 'yun lahat. Ako lagi 'yan kapag may mga kailangan bitbitin at dalhin at nasa checking at kailangan i-empake, ako 'yan. That's my job.

"Magtatanong siya sa akin, 'Babs, ang sakit ng wrist ko, may pain reliever ka d'yan?' Meron, meron akong pain reliever wait ka lang dyan. 'May vitamins ka bad yan?' 'Meron, anong gusto mo, ABCDEFG,' ganun."

Khalil and Gabbi have already proven that they were compatible with each other but they admit they were not in a hurry to get married.

Khalil said, "Definitely, we're in this relationship because we do want to spend the rest of our lives together. But then siyempre, we have to be, I guess, smart about the timing.

"We don't want it to be like premature thing and we want it to be just the right timing, and I think we both agree and we talk about it, and I think it's important to talk about it.

"For me, it shouldn't be like a fairytale, 'cause it's very unrealistic. Fairytale in the sense na like 'yung hindi niyo pag-uusapan tapos bigla na lang magpo-propose.

"I think it's unrealistic na never niyong pag-usapan kasi it's important na you have to be on the same page, and you have to know what you're getting into."
