
The second season of Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition recently concluded, crowning Kapuso actress Caprice Cayetano and Kapamilya actress Lella Ford as the Big Winners.
Meanwhile, “Chinita Princess” and It's Showtime host Kim Chiu, a long-time host of the program and a former Big Winner herself, offered a heartfelt message of gratitude as the edition came to a close.
In her Instagram post, she expressed her thankfulness for how “Bahay ni Kuya” continues to change lives.
“Grateful for a house that continues to change lives — PINOY BIG BROTHER,” Kim wrote in the caption.
According to the actress, the house continues to serve as an instrument for shaping dreams; it is more than just simple walls and cameras, but a place where one learns to be strong and discovers the true “versions” of themselves.
“More than just walls and cameras, Bahay ni Kuya is a space where dreams are born, where courage is discovered, and where people meet versions of themselves they never knew existed,” she shared.
She further emphasized that although many seasons of the program have passed, it remains steadfast in its purpose to listen, to teach, and to transform.
The actress noted that the “magic” of the iconic house is evident in every struggle and victory, serving as a catalyst for housemates to realize their aspirations.
“Seasons may pass, generations may change, but the heart of this house remains the same,” Kim wrote.
She continued, “It listens. It teaches. It transforms. Through stories, through struggles, through victories — the magic continues to live on.”
For Kim, the house is more than just a structure, it is a place where dreams are protected and where hope is present
“Because inside this yellow house, HOPE WILL ALWAYS HAVE A HOME,” she shared.
Kim also extended her warmest congratulations to Lella and Caprice, the newest Big Winners who captured the hearts of the voting public.
“Congratulations to the entire PBB Celebrity Collab 2.0 family, grabe kayo. Congratulations also to all the ex-housemates and of course our newest Big Winners, Lella & Caprice!” she said.
The actress also took a moment to acknowledge Big Brother himself, credited for the program's enduring legacy, as she wrote, "Thank you for keeping the dream alive, KUYA!"
Kim also took a moment to recognize her fellow hosts, tagging the star-studded lineup that guided the viewers through the season.
