Actress and 'It's Showtime' host Kim Chiu thanked her family and loved ones for making her Chinese New Year celebration fun and memorable.
Kim Chiu celebrated her Chinese roots with a beautiful celebration with her loved ones.
In an Instagram post, the actress-host shared a series of photos showing her Chinese New Year celebration with her family and friends. Spotted at the party were Kim's It's Showtime co-hosts Vhong Navarro, Darren Espanto, and fellow actress Bela Padilla.
"My heart is so full. Celebrating my Chinese roots will always be something I'm deeply proud of. To my friends and family who celebrated with me, kahit hindi Chinese naging Chinese talaga kayo talaga. Thank you for making the night so extra fun and memorable," she wrote.
Kim admitted that although preparations weren't easy, she was proud of herself for pushing through as she created something more beautiful that she imagined.
"This is my reminder for the year: nothing is impossible when you put your heart, your faith, and the work into it. When you show up fully, trust the process, and keep going despite the challenges -- everything eventually falls into place.
"May this year be a reminder that hard work, intention, and courage will always lead you exactly where you are meant to be," she added.
In a separate post, Kim said that she's welcoming 2026 with "happiness, hope, peace, love, abundance, and prosperity."
