Kapuso beauty Kim Domingo appears on the cover of STAIL Magazine's October issue where she showed off a different look and vibe.
In her magazine cover, Kim looked like the spitting image of a vintage beauty complete with a sleek fingerwave hairstyle and bold red lip.
In the said feature, Kim talked about why she broke free of that "sexy" label initially attached to her when she first started showbiz.
"I told myself: I just want to be happy; ayoko ma-stuck ako sa box na 'yun, at hindi ako makaalis just because I was afraid of what's gonna happen or what I'm going to lose or what others are going to say.
"I believe being happy is the most important thing. You can have everything you want: money, fame, love but in the end, if you're not happy, it doesn't make sense," she shared.
Kim also gave an inspiring message about female empowerment, stressing how the way a woman dresses does not dictate the amount of respect society gives them.
"I believe every woman deserves to be respected regardless of what she wears or what style she chooses.
"Having a sexy image does not have to equate to being disrespected.
"And I want to tell those people who feel like they do not belong. Just remember, do whatever makes you happy.
"Follow your heart. Learn to stand up for yourself. Be strong. Because in the end, it is your life. It is your choice. We cannot please everybody," said Kim.
