K-drama fans are celebrating the big news that popular Korean actress Kim Go-eun will be working soon with GOT7's oppa Park Jinyoung in an upcoming drama.
Korean entertainment site Soompi has reported that Go-eun and Jinyoung will star in the hit webtoon Yumi's Cells. It's about an ordinary office worker named Yumi, told from the perspective of the brain cells in her head controlling her thoughts, feelings, and actions.
In the same report, Jinyoung was quoted reacting to this exciting project.
He said, “My first time filming was a touching experience thanks to everyone who treated me comfortably on set. I conversed a lot with the director about my character Babi. Studying my character diligently allowed me to naturally become a part of that space.”
The confirmation was well received by Pinoy Ahgases and the name of Jinyoung trended on Twitter Philippines on Thursday afternoon, July 22.
