Sparkle artist Kim Ji Soo is definitely going to remember Bicol province as he shared photos of his trip there as part of an event.
In one of the more recent posts on his Instagram account, Ji Soo posted multiple selfies as well as a photo with Sparkle musician Bey Pascua. The two had earlier made a TikTok dancing to the “APT” challenge before performing it at the Bicol event. In the caption to the post, Ji Soo wrote that it was an unforgettable memory.
Aside from performing “APT,” Ji Soo also sang "Yellow" by Coldplay and "Where You Will Go" by The Calling to his Bicolano fans.
This event in Bicol is just the latest activity for Ji Soo, who just last month was featured in the first issue of VMAN Southeast Asia. In the feature, Jisoo shared how his past year in the Philippine entertainment industry has been an eye-opener for him.
“Working in the Filipino entertainment industry has given me a fresh perspective as an actor,” he told the magazine. “The energy here is different--Filipinos are very passionate, and it shows on set.”
The Korean actor also expressed his desire to have a transnational career, hopefully doing projects in the Philippines, South Korea, and other Southeast Asian countries.
“I've always believed that storytelling transcends borders,” he explained to VMAN Southeast Asia. “I'm open to exploring projects in [other Southeast Asian countries].”
Ji Soo was also featured in Metro Man back in October, where he talked about the movie Mujigae. Ji Soo starred alongside Alexa Ilacad and child star Ryrie Sophia.
