TV-movie star Kim Molina is heartbroken over the death of her dearest grandpa Ernesto.
Versatile TV-movie actress Kim Molina welcomed 2026 in a somber mood, as her family mourns the loss of her beloved Lolo Ernesto.
In a special tribute post last week, Kim admitted on Instagram that this New Year celebration is a “painful one” for her.
“This may have been the most painful NYE, but as you raised me to be the strong woman that I am now, I will continue on, with you looking after me from heaven, Happy New Year, Grandpa,” the theater actress wrote.
Despite the sadness she is feeling, Kim expressed her gratitude to those who offered prayers and heartwarming messages to her family amid this difficult period.
“Thank you everyone for your kind words and messages,” she said.
“I can't reply to all of you but my family and I are grateful for the love and prayers. Welcoming 2026 with peace and warmth. HNY”
Kim again shared a throwback photo with her grandpa on January 7 to remember him and wrote in the caption, “Though we said our last goodbyes today, I know you'll always look after me like this from afar — the little girl you watch pose and sing on the table, on random afternoons. I love you, Grandpa.”
