Salt Entertainment releases a statement after actor Kim Seon-ho was tagged in a forced abortion accusation by alleged ex-girlfriend.
Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha actor Kim Seon-ho is currently embroiled in a controversy after a woman claiming to be the actor's ex-girlfriend posted online an accusation that Seon-ho forced her to have an abortion last year.
According to a report from GMA News, after the post went viral, Kim Seon-ho's agency Salt Entertainment issued a brief statement. It reads:
“Hello.
This is Kim Seon Ho's agency Salt Entertainment.
We sincerely apologize for not having been able to issue a quicker response.
We are currently checking the factual grounds of the anonymous post.
As the facts have not been cleared up yet, we earnestly ask you to wait a bit longer.
We apologize for worrying you with an unpleasant issue.”
After the controversy circulated online the scheduled interviews and advertisement shoots of the Korean actor have been postponed.
