Find out what Kimpoy Feliciano prayed for when he visited Baguio City's Lourdes Grotto three years ago.

Vlogger Kimpoy Feliciano is back in the Philippines and although the pandemic is far from over and there are currently restrictions on leisure travel, he was able to visit Baguio City earlier this year.

In late February, Kimpoy flew back to the country and just like all our returning kababayans, he went through a two week-quarantine period.

After completing his mandatory quarantine, Kimpoy headed to Baguio to attend a friend's wedding on March 15.

And after the wedding, Kimpoy was able to squeeze in a bit of “new normal” tour of Baguio City.

In his recent appearance on Mars Pa More, Kimpoy showed clips of his Baguio City tour vlog, where he got to visit one of its newest attractions, the Bamboo Eco Park.

He narrated, “Meron kaming pinuntahan, which is a new attraction sa Baguio. I think last year lang siya nag-open, like late last year, which is the Bamboo Eco Park.

“At tsaka malapit siya sa Lourdes Grotto.Actually, nasa likod lang siya ni Mama Mary sa Lourdes Grotto.

“So they created a bamboo park doon that looks like Kyoto, Japan talaga. Para kang wala sa Philippines.

“So, ayon. Sobrang ganda and after noon, paglabas namin ay pumunta kami sa Lourdes Grotto because three years ago nagpunta kami doon with my friends and ang daming mga prayers.

“Na-touch lang ako kasi last year was really tough for everyone, pero super dami pa ring blessings.

“And I feel like sobrang, you know, hindi ako napabayaan and I'm very thankful lang na 'yung mga prayers ko three years ago parang nangyari na siya today. Sobrang ano lang, nakaka-amaze.”

Kimpoy then shared how his life has changed over the course of three years since he said his prayers at the Lourdes Grotto.

“Actually kasi isa ako doon sa mga ano nagkaroon ng quarterlife crisis na hirap maghanap ng work, hirap talaga in life in general.

“And 'yon, nag-pray ako na sana 'yon magkaroon ako ng work and I'm so blessed na I was able to be given a career na something that I really love pa.

“Tumira rin kasi ako with my sister in Melbourne and I was there for a year, naghahanap ako ng work and I didn't have work, I didn't have money.

“It's amazing lang na how everything can change in such a short time lang and how powerful 'yung mga prayers.”
