Singer and actress Klarisse de Guzman and her partner Christrina 'Trina' Rey are celebrating their fifth anniversary, their first as an openly out couple.
The couple, who recently marked the occasion with a scenic trip to Taiwan, shared their joy on social media on January 11.
On Instagram, Trina posted a heartfelt video compilation of their travels, capturing the couple exploring the streets of Taiwan and sharing intimate, candid moments.
Writing a heartfelt caption, she greeted her “Little One” Klarisse and expressed her awe at the fact that they are finally free from the days of keeping their love a secret.
“My Litol One, Happy 5th Anniversary! Who would have thought we would be this free?” Trina wrote in the caption.
Trina also mentioned in her caption that she will never forget when she first loved Klarisse: “ I will never forget how my heart loved you at 23.”
She wrapped up her message to Klarisse by sealing it with a promise.
“Always remember that you have a home in me, Gotchu always! -Your Big One,” Trina wrote.
Several of Klarisse's friends from the showbiz industry commented on Trina's post, including members of 'Pamilya De Guzman' such as former housemate Shuvee Etrata and the season's big winner, Mika Salamanca.
“Awieee! My words of affirmation lovers,” Mika commented.
“Grabeng pagmamahal tooo,” wrote Shuvee.
The couple's five-year journey spent its first four years away from the public eye until Klarisse's revelation on Pinoy Big Brother last April 2025.
Encouraged by a session with Michelle Dee, the singer publicly identified as bisexual and confirmed her relationship with Trina.
Klarisse admitted that she drew strength from her family, sharing that they were already aware of her identity even before her father passed away. She also noted that Trina stayed by her mother's side while she was inside the Big Brother house. Furthermore, she opened up about the immense pressure she felt regarding her identity prior to her public coming out on the show.
Following her PBB stint, the "Nation's Mowm" Klarisse De Guzman starred in Bar Boys: After School, an official entry in the recently concluded 2025 Metro Manila Film Festival. In this project, she starred alongside the "Nation's Son," Will Ashley.
