Klea Pineda took the cockpit as she piloted a plane with Janella Salvador and her son Jude on board.
Klea Pineda soared through the skies as a student pilot with some very special passengers on board.
In an Instagram post, the Kapuso actress shared a heartwarming video of her flying her Open Endings co-star, Janella Salvador, and her son, Jude, on a roundtrip flight from Subic to Lingayen.
In the video, Klea first fetched Janella and her son, greeting them warmly as they stepped out of the van. She was affectionate with Jude while guiding him toward the plane, and Janella linked her arm with Klea's as they walked to the aircraft.
“Quick trip above the clouds, just to bring a little light to someone's day,” she wrote in the caption.
She added, “Subic > Lingayen > Subic. It was all worth it!”
She also thanked her mentors and instructors, saying, “Thank you Capt @evangelistavlad and Capt @sahl.onglatco and of course @topfliteacademy, couldn't have pulled this off without you guys!”
In the comments section, Janella expressed her gratitude for Klea's sweet and kind gesture.
“And that makes two very, very happy passengers!!!!!! Thank you, future capt,” she said.
Klea and Janella first worked together in Open Endings at Cinemalaya 2025, alongside Jasmine Curtis-Smith and OPM singer Leanne Mamonong. The cast won Best Ensemble Performance for their roles in the queer film.
They were previously linked in romance rumors, which Klea has since clarified. Janella also confirmed that she was not involved in Klea's breakup with Katrick Kierulf in July.
