On September 16, FDA advised the public against a list of food products and supplements that are not registered as approved in their system.
According to the FDA Director-General Eric Domingo that the reason for their banning was its failure to register its business as a processed food product.
Under the Republic Act 9711, food companies must secure not only the CPR but also a license-to-operate (LTO) certification which has reportedly been secured by the said brand.
In the comments, several fans of Klea shared her sentiment over the popular food brand and how it became a staple food for every Filipino.
