Kris Aquino did not miss out on the opportunity to greet a special person on his birthday.
Although he did not name him, she described him as a man she shared a love story with, someone she spent three years with and a gentleman. Netizens on the comment section speculated that it might be Herbert Bautista who celebrated his 49th birthday yesterday, May 12.
In a blog entry, she wrote a lengthy piece about how their relationship has progressed to friendship, and a couple of lessons she learned.
“There are people who actually end up close friends after having tried to be in a relationship. I think that this is because the two people had proper closure of one chapter in their lives, and managed to continue their narrative even with a new leading man or leading lady… A two-person love story isn’t assured a happy ending, but a story about friends can have multiple plot lines, layers, and infinite light moments,” she wrote.
Aside from her realizations, she also posted a few quotes lifted from Pinterest that depict how they "managed to transform [their plot], and with a few needed rewrites, avoided a bitter ending."
