American blogger and TV personality Perez Hilton is just one of the many people who sent messages of concern for Kris Aquino's son, Josh. 

Josh is still recovering from erosive esophagitis due to severe acid reflux and ulcers at St. Luke's Medical Hospital in Quezon City.

The Queen Of All Media replied to Perez's comments on her Instagram photo and expressed her appreciation for his concern for Josh. 

She said, "Hello to the proud dad of 3... I am Kris Aquino, a proud mother of 2. I am clueless how you would know us & I actually asked if you might have Filipino-Americans in your staff... "

Perez's kindness led Kris to express her eagerness also to meet him in person. In fact, she offered him to be her host if ever he'll visit the country.

"Please know how much this is appreciated & if you ever find yourself in our part of the world, it would be my privilege to be your host in our country." 

"We all look forward to 1 day meeting you," Kris added.
