
The struggle is real for business owner Kris Bernal amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
With certain parts of the country under enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) again like Metro Manila and nearby provinces, the actress-entrepreneur admitted on her social media post that it has been difficult to keep her businesses afloat.
Kris owns Korean restaurant House of Gogi and has her own makeup line called SHE Cosmetics.
The StarStruck graduate shared, “When virtual meetings are life. I don't know about you, but all I've been doing in lockdown is come up with a new business idea. So much in my mind.
"But behind my 'pigang-piga' creative juices, I'm currently at a situation too where it's so difficult for my existing businesses to survive.”
She added that these concerns have affected her tremendously lately.
“The businesses are still there. I have incredible customer loyalty, but I didn't have the quantity of individuals I needed for a day to keep my 17+ employees.
"All these factors weigh me down lately and cause sleepless nights plus the news hits harder every single day!”
Still, Kris is staying positive with the help of her mom and brother.
“Anyway, just trying to ease my way in the discomfort by spending wholesome moments with my mom and brother at home. I miss my fiancé too whom I haven't seen in over a month.” The actress posted.
This September, Kris Bernal is set to tie the knot with her fiancé Perry Choi.
