It's no surprise that the recently declared coronavirus COVID-19 enhanced community quarantine is a big turn of events for the busy Kapuso actress.
But she's showing no signs of slowing down as she shared snippets of how she's taking her quarantine positively each day.
For the first day of her quarantine, Kris spent her time working out at home while watching a Korean drama.
She advised her followers, “With or without equipment, move and walk at least 30 minutes a day! Exercise increases immunity!”
On her second day, she took a 20-minute walk around their neighborhood, provided they did not come in close contact with anyone or touch any surface with their bare hands.
Kris wrote, “A 20-minute walk around the village with my bro-in-law and my nephews! A lil exposure to sunlight provides the Vitamin D we need! It also helps improve and boost mood!! (P.S. We didn't touch anything and took a bath as soon as we got home)”
Other celebrities have also shown their life behind the camera as they go into home quarantine mode.
A number of celebrities aren't letting the inactive lifestyle of being in quarantine get in the way of having a fit body, so home exercise is a must.
For people who aren't workout buffs, getting inspiration from celebrities doing useful DIY projects at home is a great way to spend time.
Bea Binene explored all the corners of her home where she could get cozy while having a K-drama marathon.
Kapuso couple Chynna Ortaleza and Kean Cipriano had their own cooking test at home to see who could make the perfect fried egg.
Pinoy celebrities are also using their influence to spread awareness and relief efforts for healthcare workers and people affected by the COVID-19.
Some international celebrities have also shared their music and good vibes to fans from their homes through home concerts.
