Puwes, dapat ninyong panoorin ang latest vlog ni Kapuso actress Kris Bernal kung saan ibinahagi niya ang mga kinakain niya sa isang araw.

Bilang fitness enthusiast, sinusuri din ng Kapuso actress ang kanyang food intake, lalo na pagdating sa kanin.

Ayon kay Kris, nakahanap siya ng healthier alternative sa white rice at ito ay ang quinoa. Mas konti daw ang carbs at calories ng quinoa kumpara sa kanin.

Aniya, "So ano ang kinakain ko sa lunch? Kumakain ako ng quinoa. Quinoa is my healthier alternative to rice, but rice is still healthy. Hindi ko sinasabi, hindi healthy ang rice.

"But quinoa has fewer calories, fewer carbs, less sugar compared to white rice, so that's my healthier alternative."

Dagdag pa ng actress/entrepreneur, "Kasi rice person talaga ako and kung ia-allow ko lang 'yung sarili ko na kumain ng sobrang daming kanin, dahil malakas ako kumain ng kanin, tendency lalaki lang 'yung tiyan ko.

"Siyempre ang goal naman natin, gusto natin magkaroon ng abs, gusto natin flat 'yung tummy natin lalo na mahirap pag artista.

"Kasi 'pag malaki ang tiyan mo parang buntis ka kaagad, 'tapos pag wala kang tiyan 'pag maliit ka or whatever payat ka, anorexic, bulimic ka."
