“This year is about the most precious gift I could ever dream of,” Kris Bernal said.
It was truly a happy Christmas for the family of Kris Bernal and her husband Perry Choi as they celebrated the holidays with their daughter, Hailee Lucca.
The Sparkle actress and first-time mom shared on Instagram photos of her little family donned in red for the occasion.
In her caption, Kris highlighted how celebrating Christmas this year with their daughter "makes everything sparkle even brighter than before."
She added that while Hailee Lucca might take more years to grasp the magic of the season, Kris said seeing her smile still brings her joy and contentment.
"But, watching her take it all in with those big smiles, beautiful eyes, fill me w/ so much joy and contentment, almost like I'm seeing Christmas for the very first time too," Kris mused.
Kris also said that the year is about the "most precious gift" she could ever dream of.
"This year isn't about the presents. It's not about how much we've spent or haven't spent. Or even what we'll have for Christmas dinner. This year is about the most precious gift I could ever dream of. Rejoicing in this gift of miracle and in Jesus' wondrous birth!" she said.
Kris and Perry welcomed Hailee Lucca in August 2023.
Meanwhile, Kris and Perry tied the knot in September 2021.
