Kris Bernal recalls hardships while creating her new lipstick line, SHE Cosmetics, “This one talaga, parang all by myself ang peg.”

Kris formally launched the fruit of her hard work, SHE Cosmetics, on Thursday, February 7.
In an interview, the Asawa Ko, Karibal Ko lead actress couldn't help but cry as she talked about her lipstick line named, SHE Cosmetics.
According to Kris, she started the development of her brand new product last February 2018.
The Kapuso star also noted the difficulties she encountered while working on her dream business.
“Ang hirap niya talaga gawin,” she said.
“As in from the start pa lang like stinart ko siya February, so since then hindi na ako tumigil.
“Hindi na ako tumigil magtrabaho for SHE, to the point na ang dami nang naapektuhan.
“Naapektuhan na 'yung work ko, naapektuhan na family ko, 'yung ibang business ko.”
While in tears, Kris disclosed that she is a hands-on CEO--starting from the lipstick formula down to working on the launch and inviting guests.
She said, “Hindi ko akalain na ngayon, finally, nandito na siya kasi alam ni Lord kung paano ko trinabaho itong SHE.
“Sobrang hirap talaga… Ako lahat 'yan eh. Ako nga nag-contact sa mga tao dito. Lahat talaga trinabaho ko.”

Due to sudden hype of celebrity makeup brands, Kris shared what makes her line stand out among others.
She related, “I did it all alone; ako lang talaga mag-isa. Others have their brand collabs, or parang they have their own partners or investors.
“This one talaga, parang all by myself ang peg.”
