Kapuso leading lady Kris Bernal will portray a drug pusher and user in war on drugs-themed film Kontradiksyon.
Kris said she watched plenty of documentaries to know how the mind of people under the influence of drugs work.
"Kailangan ko manood ng mga documentaries kung ano bang itsura, yung takbo ng utak nila pag naka-take na sila," shared Kris.
Meanwhile, her co-actor, Paulo Paraiso, said that the film would portray some irony in our society.
"Certains characters involved are part of the church, they are part of government.
“They are presenting a story on what's happening now in the Philippines pero mas extreme," he said.
Joining Kris and Paulo in Kontradiksyon are Jake Cuenca, Katrina Halili, and John Estrada.

Kontrandiksyon is directed by Palanca awardee Njel de Mesa, who also wrote the screenplay for Respeto, Cinemalaya 2017's Best Film.
The upcoming movie will be produced by returning film outfit Bell Films.
